I bought two of these since I know they make good PC parts and am happy with them.
Set up was simple, although I wish the instructions were in English, not just pictures.
1. Unscrew 1 (one) screw (on bottom of unit),
1b. insert the SATA-type Hard drive,
1c. connect power and eSATA or USB cables and you're set
2. Optional: put case cover back on and reinsert cover screw.

This unit has ALWAYS PERFORMED WELL: No glitches or over-heating of any kind. VERY COOL and FUNCTIONAL.

Wishes:
A. Support under cover to allow hard drive not to rattle a bit.
B. Better activity lights (Power, Read, Write) on front.
C. Spin-down after a few minutes idle.

No problems with power switch on back. I AM HAPPY WITH THIS. I had a power supply from Antec and it worked well, I'm glad so will this. BUY IT. I read on Amazon that hard drives fail faster if hot; think twice before buying a cute aluminum or plastic case, as it and your drive may fail faster. A great plus: ALL Cables are provided.
